Purview Specialist – Microsoft 365 Compliance

Location: Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv

Employment duration: 6 months with option to extend

Work model: Hybrid – 2 days working from home

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Compliance & Purview Specialist to join the Digital Workforce COE and serve as a key subject matter expert for Microsoft Purview capabilities across the enterprise.

This role focuses on supporting the implementation, adoption, and optimization of Microsoft Purview solutions, while working closely with Cyber Security, Information Security, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Risk, and IT teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as the Microsoft Purview SME and provide professional guidance across the organization.

• Analyze business, compliance, and regulatory requirements and map them to relevant Purview capabilities.

• Collaborate with Security Operations, M365 Operations, Infrastructure, Architecture, and IT teams to support implementation.

• Support deployment and optimization of Purview capabilities, including:

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

• Sensitivity Labels

• Retention Policies

• Records Management

• eDiscovery

• Audit

• Insider Risk Management

• Information Protection

• Support testing, rollout activities, documentation, and continuous improvement processes.

• Support Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI Governance initiatives, including readiness assessments and compliance considerations.

Requirements: • Proven experience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Information Protection, DLP, and Data Governance.

• Strong understanding of information security, compliance, and enterprise data management.

• Experience working with multiple business and technical stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of English proficiency.
