Key Responsibilities

Prepare system requirement specifications

Define system architecture, functional specifications, and software design documents

Oversee development processes, documentation, and user acceptance testing

Lead analysis activities for large-scale and enterprise-level projects

Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and information security teams

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications

Analyze customer and end-user needs and design business processes

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst

Development experience

Proven experience working with development, QA, infrastructure, and information security teams

Experience creating system analysis, specification, documentation, and control documents

Experience working directly with customers, gathering business requirements, analyzing user needs, and designing business processes
