זהו תפקיד מרכזי המחבר בין הפיתוח לייצור, עם אחריות על תכנון כלי ייצור ותשתיות, הטמעת מוצרים חדשים בקווי הייצור ושיפור מתמיד של תהליכי העבודה.

התפקיד משלב עבודה הנדסית מעמיקה לצד נוכחות משמעותית ברצפת הייצור, תוך שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם מהנדסי מוצר, מתכננים וגורמי ייצור.

מה עושים בתפקיד?

• תכנון ופיתוח כלי ייצור, תבניות, מתקנים ועזרי ייצור

• הובלת תהליכי העברה מפיתוח לייצור (NPI)

• פירוק הרכבי מוצר מתוך מודלים והכנת תשתיות לכתיבת הוראות עבודה

• ליווי רצפת הייצור ומתן מענה הנדסי בזמן אמת

• השתתפות בסקרי תכן ובחינת התאמת המוצר לייצור יעיל ואיכותי

• עבודה צמודה עם מהנדסי מוצר ומתכננים ומתן משוב הנדסי לאורך תהליך הפיתוח

• הסמכת קבלני משנה לתהליכי ייצור רלוונטיים

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

• ניסיון של 3 שנים ומעלה בתכנון מתקנים וכלי ייצור, בדגש על מתכת ו/או חומרים מרוכבים

• ניסיון מוכח בהעברה מפיתוח לייצור

• ניסיון בעבודה עם תוכנות CAD. ניסיון ב-CATIA מהווה יתרון

• ניסיון בעבודה המשלבת תכנון הנדסי וליווי רצפת ייצור

• יכולת טכנית גבוהה וחשיבה הנדסית יישומית

Manufacturing Engineer | Tooling & NPI

Looking for an engineering role that combines product development, manufacturing, and hands-on problem-solving?

Plasan is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Tooling & NPI to join our engineering team.

This role bridges the gap between product development and production, with responsibility for manufacturing tooling, production infrastructure, new product introduction, and ongoing manufacturing support.

You will work closely with product engineers, designers, and production teams to ensure products move efficiently from concept to serial production.

What will you do?

• Design and develop manufacturing tooling, molds, fixtures, and production aids

• Lead product transfer activities from development to production (NPI)

• Break down product assemblies from CAD models and prepare manufacturing infrastructure and work instructions

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to the production floor

• Participate in design reviews and promote Design for Manufacturing considerations

• Collaborate closely with product engineers and designers throughout the development process

• Qualify subcontractors for relevant manufacturing processes when required

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in tooling and fixture design, preferably for metal and/or composite products

• Proven experience in transferring products from development to production

• Experience with CAD software. CATIA experience is an advantage

• Experience combining engineering design with manufacturing-floor support

• Strong technical capabilities and a practical engineering mindset
