For our C4I and Cyber Division site, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the Network Warfare Business Line. In this role, you will lead multi-domain programs across Latin America, from early lead generation through delivery and post-sale support. This is your opportunity to take ownership of strategic programs, build strong customer relationships, and drive end-to-end execution in a dynamic, global environment. In this role you will

Identify business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships across Latin America

Manage the full program lifecycle: contract, implementation, validation, delivery, and ongoing support

Steer hardware & software R&D activities and align solutions with customer needs

Manage P&L, budget control, timelines, and materials with precision

Work within a matrix environment and coordinate with engineering, logistics, procurement, subcontractors, and additional stakeholders

:Requirements

B.Sc. in Engineering or Management - an advantage

Experience in conducting business development and marketing processes abroad - an advantage

Strong experience in managing logistics and technically complex programs or projects

Experience in generating, writing, and presenting technical documents and presentations

Excellent English - reading, writing, speaking, and presenting

Willingness to travel abroad frequently

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead people in a multi-dimensional matrix-based organization
