Compliance Specialist

Comblack is hiring a GRC Specialist for a leading organization!

Looking to play a key role in leading Governance, Risk & Compliance within a large, influential organization? This is your opportunity to step into an in-house role leading risk assessments, authoring policies and procedures, and making a tangible impact on organizational risk management and compliance.

What will you do?

• Conduct end-to-end risk assessments, identify gaps, and formulate risk mitigation recommendations.

• Author and update procedures, policies, and governance documentation.

• Collaborate with diverse organizational stakeholders and lead cross-organizational GRC processes.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in GRC / Governance, Risk & Compliance roles – Mandatory.

• Significant experience conducting in-house risk assessments – Mandatory.

• Experience authoring procedures, policies, and governance documentation.

• Experience identifying gaps, analyzing risks, and recommending controls and remediation plans.

• Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT – Advantage.
