Mechanical Engineering Manager

We are looking for a new Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our team and contribute to the design and development of our product.

Job Description:

Leading the mechanical design and development of the company’s medical device.

This includes managing mechanical engineering activities, guiding the design of components and assemblies, ensuring compliance with medical device standards, and supporting integration with other

disciplines (electronics, software, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of mechanical engineers in day-to-day operations and long-term projects.

• Oversee the design, analysis, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems and components.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, optic and software engineering teams to ensure product success.

• Define engineering processes, best practices, and technical standards to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation

Experience Required:

• 15+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Proven experience in product development, from concept through production.

• Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) and engineering simulation tools.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
