What will you do at SuperPlay?:

• Train, test, and refine custom LoRAs to achieve high-quality and consistent artistic results.

• Create workflows to improve the creative process

• Guide and train new 2D artists to use AI tools in their creative workflows

• Experiment and innovate with Generative AI to improve artistic results

• Collaborate with the broader team to integrate AI solutions into the creative process

• Research and test new AI tools and workflows for 3D and animation

A Junior AI Art Specialist responsible for training, testing, and refining custom LoRAs, and training new 2D artists to use AI tools and workflows effectively. Research and test new AI tools and workflows for 2D, 3D, and animation. This role requires an artistic eye, a passion for creative technology, and the ability to work independently without constant oversight.

• Show Empathy and Patience: You’ll play a critical role in easing 2D artists into new AI workflows. Some artists may be hesitant to change how they work, so you’ll need to be empathetic, patient, and even humorous to build trust and confidence

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in Generative AI, ComfyUI, a general understanding of Stable Diffusion, and training LoRAs across various models.

• Great Interpersonal skills and experience in either teaching or conducting in-person training

• An artistic background or an eye for art quality and aesthetics.

• Strong organizational skills and a "fire and forget" mentality, you get things done without needing to be micromanaged.

• Technical sense for handling AI models and workflows, without requiring developer-level skills

• Proficient in understanding, adapting and using new AI-technologies
