Requirements: • Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, • Technical Project Management, or a similar role. • Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual, with the ability to operate and learn multiple applications simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets. • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment. • High work ethic, demonstrating readiness to go the extra mile to achieve desired results. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Proficiency in spoken and written English - mandatory. • BA or B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant • Engineering fields – advantage.
