We are seeking a highly skilled, AI-first Team Leader with a strong background in low-level programming and a deep understanding of Windows internals. Beyond deep technical expertise, the ideal candidate has high adoption of AI-driven engineering practices — leveraging AI tools, skills, and agents to push the team forward, deliver faster, and run quicker PoCs and research cycles, all while raising quality. Just as important are strong people skills: the ability to understand and motivate team members while demanding high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers responsible of our endpoint security applications.

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions for advanced security threats, with a focus on long-term impact and scalability.

• Manage tasks and initiatives in alignment with business goals, ensuring timely delivery of key features and improvements.

• Collaborate closely with the product and research team.

• You will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing detection algorithm roadmaps.

• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges.

• Continuously evaluating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

• Drive AI-first ways of working across the team — championing AI coding assistants, skills, and agents to accelerate delivery, PoCs, and research.

• Set and track AI-adoption targets, embedding AI into day-to-day development, code review, and customer-support workflows.

• Balance leadership with hands-on development, staying close to the code on smaller features and bug fixes.

Requirements:

• Multiple years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C/C++ and system-level programming.

• Extensive experience leading a technical team in a fast-paced development environment.

• Proven ability to prioritize, manage, and lead multiple projects and initiatives.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience making critical technical decisions balancing business requirements, feasibility, and scalability.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and defence mechanisms.

• Hands-on adoption of AI-driven development — using AI coding assistants, skills, and agents to accelerate delivery, PoCs, and research.

• Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools and ways of working across a team.

• Strong people-leadership and soft skills — able to understand and motivate team members while demanding high engineering and delivery standards.

Advantages:
