Project Manager – IT Technologies Department

Keshet Media Group is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects in a dynamic, digital, and fast-paced environment.

This is a key role connecting business needs with technological solutions, requiring end-to-end project ownership - from gathering requirements and defining specifications to implementation, deployment, and go-live.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Leading end-to-end IT and technology projects across the organization

• Gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into technological solutions

• Writing business and technical specification documents

• Managing project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and ongoing execution

• Working closely with Product, Development, UX/UI, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Driving process improvements and optimizing technological workflows

• Supporting implementation and rollout of new systems and technologies

• Utilizing AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, project tracking, and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For?

• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a large organization

• 3+ years of experience working with project management methodologies

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience writing business and technical specifications

• Hands-on experience working with AI tools

• Experience working with internal stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project ownership skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Experience with financial systems and Priority ERP - an advantage

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development processes - an advantage

• Understanding of UX/UI principles - an advantage

• Experience with systems implementation - an advantage
