Head of Data (25318)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Data to lead our enterprise data infrastructure, cloud strategy, and technological transformation.

Location: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a tech group of 20+ professionals across multidisciplinary data teams (Data Engineers, Product Managers, Developers, QA).

• Define architecture for complex, distributed, and big-data enterprise systems.

• Build and execute multi-year work plans, setting departmental KPIs and control processes.

• Oversee large-scale budgets, vendor contracts, and senior stakeholder relationships.

• Drive implementation of enterprise data platforms, Data Lakes, integration, and cloud environments.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in tech, with at least 5 years focused on data, infrastructure, and cloud solutions.

• Proven experience managing tech groups of 20+ employees and multiple multidisciplinary teams.

• Hands-on experience in distributed big-data architecture, vendor management, and budgeting.

• Experience with Data Catalogs and Data Dictionaries.

• Academic degree in Computer Science / Software / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, or equivalent IDF technology unit background.
