SecOps Team Lead- Kiryat Bialik

OMC Group is Israel's leading company in the field of cloud computing infrastructure.

We are looking for an experienced SecOps Team Lead to take ownership of our security operations and help lead the organization's information security domain.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role that combines security operations, technical expertise, and professional ownership. The ideal candidate is a security professional who enjoys working deeply with infrastructure, configurations, investigations, and security technologies while driving security processes across the organization.

Responsibilities • Take ownership of security operations processes and help drive the SecOps function forward.

• Work hands-on with security operations, investigations, technical implementations, and troubleshooting.

• Define and implement information security standards, processes, and operational procedures.

• Lead security hardening processes for new services, systems, and infrastructure.

• Review and approve new technologies, architectures, and infrastructure changes from a security perspective.

• Maintain and enforce security policies across endpoints, servers, networks, and cloud environments.

• Perform security reviews of projects before customer delivery.

• Manage, configure, and improve security tools such as EDR, Antivirus, SIEM, MFA, WAF, and other security solutions.

• Lead vulnerability management processes, including identification, remediation, and risk reduction.

• Analyze security events, investigate incidents, and drive resolution processes.

• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, infrastructure, and engineering teams.

Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security, SecOps, System Administration, DevOps, or a similar role.

• Experience acting as a technical security owner or leading security processes is an advantage.

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments.

• Deep understanding of networking concepts: Routing, Switching, Firewalls, and network protocols.

• Practical experience with security solutions such as EDR, AV, MFA, WAF, and SIEM.

• Proven experience with system hardening, secure configurations, vulnerability assessment, and remediation.

• Ability to analyze traffic, investigate security events, and troubleshoot complex security issues.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and across teams.

Location • Full-time position based at our offices in Kiryat Bialik.
