הג'וינט מחפש רכז/ת פיננסי/ת (Finance Coordinator) להחלפה לחופשת לידה, להצטרפות לתפקיד משמעותי בצוות הכספים הגלובאלי. התפקיד כולל אחריות על תחומי דיווח כספי, תזרים מזומנים, עבודה מול בנקים וממשקים פיננסיים בארץ ובחו״ל.

אנו מחפשים איש/אשת מקצוע בעל/ת יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות, דיוק בפרטים ויכולת עבודה עצמאית ומסודרת, לצד יכולת ניתוח, הבנה פיננסית רחבה ועבודה שוטפת עם גורמים מקצועיים שונים, בהם רואי חשבון, בנקים, הנהלה וחברת האם.

תיאור תפקיד

דיווח כספי ובקרה

הכנת דוחות כספיים לביקורת רו"ח

ביצוע התאמות נדרשות וניתוחים רלוונטיים

ליווי ומתן מענה לצוות רו"ח במהלך הביקורת

עריכת דוחות כספיים בעברית ובאנגלית

הכנת דיווחים וחומרים לדירקטוריון וועדותיו

הכנת דיווחים וחומרים לחברה האם

טיפול בדוחות מס כולל עבודה מול רו"ח

ניהול תזרים, בנקים וממשקים פיננסיים

מעקב יומי אחר יתרות החברה בחשבונות הבנק

הכנת תזרים מזומנים עתידי והמלצה על בקשות כספים מחברת האם

עבודה מול בנקים (ש"ח/ מט"ח), כולל המרות וטיפול בפקדונות

טיפול בהעברות לחו"ל כולל עבודה מול בנקים ורשויות

ניתוחים פיננסיים ותמיכה שוטפת בצוות הכספים

ניתוח הוצאות חודשי לפי מחלקות

הקצאת עלויות בין מחלקות

תמיכה במשימות פיננסיות שוטפות ובצרכים משתנים של צוות הכספים

דרישות התפקיד

• לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בתפקיד פיננסי או חשבונאי רלוונטי

• רישיון רו"ח – חובה

• ניסיון בהכנה, עריכה וניתוח של דוחות כספיים – חובה

• שליטה מלאה ב-Office, בדגש על Excel ברמה גבוהה – חובה

• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת SAP – יתרון

• ניסיון בעבודה מול בנקים – יתרון

• הכרות עם המגזר השלישי – יתרון

• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות לניהול משימות או תהליכי עבודה – יתרון

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה, כולל יכולת עבודה שוטפת בכתב ובעל פה – חובה
