Product Manager - Engage

Requirements: • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, preferably in fintech, banking technology, or similar complex environments. • Proven ownership of a product domain or major product initiative end to end. • Experience with AI/ML-based products and data-driven product capabilities. • Experience working with Enterprise customers, gathering feedback and presenting roadmap. • Strong product judgment and prioritization under ambiguity. • Strong execution discipline, including risk management and follow-through. • Experience improving product processes, documentation, or team operating rhythms. • Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders. • Clear written and verbal communication in English.
