Operations Project Manager

For our company site in Modiin, Aerospace Division is looking for an Operations Project Manager to lead significant projects in the UAV systems domain. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take part in advanced operational and technological activities, influence manufacturing and delivery processes of complex systems, and work with a wide range of professional interfaces across the organization. In this role you will

Lead production and delivery projects of UAV systems

Manage program requirements and schedules across all operational aspects, including production, deliveries, and coordination of internal interfaces

Be responsible for budget management and control in large-scale projects

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from development to production

Work closely with the Program Manager, Technical Manager, and all operational stakeholders within the program

Lead complex processes in a multi-interface and multi-tasking environment

Requirements

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and Management

At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, New Product Introduction (NPI), and complex project management roles

Technical understanding and experience with complex systems, with emphasis on UAV or aerospace systems

Experience in operational project management and leading cross-organizational processes - Advantage

Experience working with PLM systems, ERP systems, budget control systems, and MS Project

Ability to work under pressure while leading interfaces and teams

Strong leadership, organizational skills, and broad system-level perspective
