Real Estate Credit Analyst

A leading financial institution is seeking a Real Estate Credit Analyst to join a professional team specializing in the analysis of complex commercial real estate financing transactions.

This role offers the opportunity to evaluate large-scale real estate credit transactions, perform in-depth financial analysis, assess credit risk, and provide recommendations that support strategic credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive financial and credit analysis of real estate companies and financing transactions.

Analyze financial statements, business plans, appraisal reports, and feasibility studies.

Assess repayment capacity, project risks, and overall transaction viability.

Prepare professional credit opinions and recommendations for credit committees.

Conduct independent economic analysis while working with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Review market data and external information to support investment and credit decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in the real estate sector; experience in commercial credit analysis is a significant advantage.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Advanced Excel skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under tight deadlines.
