🚀 Operational Excellence Project Manager | Defense Industry | Central Israel

A leading defense company is looking for an Operational Excellence Project Manager to lead strategic improvement initiatives in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead Operational Excellence projects from initiation through implementation

✔ Drive Lean, Agile, Kaizen and 5S methodologies across production environments

✔ Analyze manufacturing processes and identify efficiency, quality and capacity improvements

✔ Develop and implement dashboards, reporting tools and management systems

✔ Manage project budgets, schedules and cross-functional stakeholders

✔ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams

Requirements:

✔ B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management

✔ 2+ years of experience managing complex manufacturing projects

✔ Proven experience in Operational Excellence / Process Improvement initiatives

✔ Strong project management skills and proficiency with MS Project & Excel

✔ Experience working in multidisciplinary environments

✔ SAP PP/PS knowledge – an advantage

✔ MES implementation experience – an advantage

✔ Experience with manufacturing automation and robotics – an advantage
