Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Operations Manager based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Building Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the building, including ensuring proper facility management, maintaining building systems, and addressing operational needs. The role also includes supervising a team, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient, safe, and functional building operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Building Operations and Building Management

• Proficiency in Facility Management (FM) and Operations Management

• Proven Supervisory Skills and experience leading teams

• Ability to manage daily building maintenance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Relevant certifications in Facility Management or Operations are a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous
