Siema Tech is recruiting a Tech Lead / Solution Architect for a long-term strategic project at the Israel Electric Corporation (IEC).

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to drive architecture, lead development teams, and shape enterprise-scale software solutions supporting mission-critical systems. Responsibilities • Lead technical design and architecture decisions.

• Mentor development teams and promote engineering best practices.

• Drive the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

• Guide modernization initiatives and technology strategy. Requirements • Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect.

• Strong background in enterprise software architecture and system design.

• Experience leading development teams in complex software projects.

• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack (.NET ecosystem).
