Red Team Operator

We are hiring a Red Team Operator for a large company located in northern Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced penetration testing for infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments

• Lead end-to-end Red Team operations

• Develop offensive tools and C2 infrastructure

• Research and develop advanced attack techniques

• Write professional reports, present findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization's security posture

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Offensive Security

• Experience conducting Red Team operations and/or complex Penetration Testing engagements

• Experience working with Active Directory, Cloud environments, offensive security tools, and C2 infrastructure

• Experience developing tools or scripts using Python, PowerShell, C#, C/C++, or Go

• OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, or OSWE certification – mandatory
