Community Center Branch Manager

About the Role:

• Full responsibility for branch management – profit and loss

• Managing a team of employees

• Managing sales against business targets

• Full responsibility for the guest experience and maintaining the branch’s uniqueness and character

• Planning, organization, control, and continuous improvement of processes and results

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing a profit and loss unit and employees

• Advantage – familiarity with the wellness/studio/gym industry

• Advantage – familiarity with the Arbox system

• High energy, creativity, and dynamism

• Leadership ability, business thinking, and a broad perspective alongside attention to detail
