Job Description

A leading healthcare organization in Northern Israel is looking for an experienced AI Solutions Lead to drive the adoption and implementation of AI solutions across business units.

The role involves leading AI initiatives from idea to implementation, identifying high-value use cases, designing AI-powered workflows, implementing AI agents, and driving organizational adoption while collaborating with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from business need identification through implementation and adoption.

• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize high-value AI use cases.

• Work closely with business leaders to define priorities and roadmaps.

• Implement AI solutions using enterprise AI platforms and Low-Code technologies.

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and AI Agents.

• Drive user adoption and organizational change management.

• Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) to align with enterprise standards.

• Bridge business needs with AI technologies and practical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience leading digital or technology projects.

• Experience developing or implementing AI or automation solutions.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, or similar platforms.

• Experience designing business processes and translating them into technology solutions.

• Basic programming skills and understanding of APIs and integrations.

• Strong product mindset and end-to-end ownership.

• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
