CEO for Robotics Startup (Co-Founder)

About the company

Gangelia is a robotics company developing a platform for fine-tunes task-specific models.

We are looking for a CEO to lead business growth, fundraising, and commercialization while the founder remains focused on technology and product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising (VC, grants, strategic investors)

• Bizdev - Build and close cooperations with robotics companies and tools creators

• Secure first clients manage marketing and sales

• Collaborate closely with the technical founder on roadmap and priorities

Requirements

• Proven fundraising track record in Model training or preferably robotics

• Must have experience in the robotics or model training / AI industry

• Hebrew + English fluency

• Comfort operating hands-on in a small, bootstrapped company

• High integrity and mission-driven mindset
