AI Product Solutions Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior AI Product Solutions Engineer who combines strong technical depth with a sharp understanding of customer needs.

This role is ideal for someone who started in software engineering and evolved into a more customer-facing, delivery-driven position (Solutions Engineer, Delivery Manager, Support Engineer, or Technical Program/Product role). You’ll work closely with customers to deeply understand how they operate today, define where they want to go, and build AI-powered systems that transform their day-to-day work.

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-based solutions for enterprise customers

• Work directly with customers to understand complex workflows, requirements, and constraints

• Identify opportunities to redesign processes and introduce AI-driven automation

• Design and build tailored applications, workflows, and intelligent systems

• Translate business needs into scalable, production-ready technical solutions

• Manage timelines, expectations, and delivery milestones מול לקוחות

• Identify recurring patterns and influence product direction

• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering on roadmap and strategy

Requirements:

What we’re looking for:

• 3–1+ years of experience in software engineering (backend / full-stack)

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions, Delivery, or Technical PM)

• Strong ownership – ability to drive projects end-to-end

• Experience working with complex customer requirements and custom solutions

• Strong technical skills with a hands-on approach when needed

• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts

• Ability to understand business processes and turn them into practical solutions

• Startup mindset: proactive, independent, comfortable with ambiguity

• Strong motivation to work on impactful AI products

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI / LLM-based systems

• Experience building internal tools, automations, or workflows

• Background in fast-paced startup environments
