NDI engineering Student

We are looking for

For our Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone, we are looking for a Mechanical or Materials Engineering Student for the Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) engineering domain, within the Aerospace division. In this role, you will be part of an advanced engineering team, support the development of innovative inspection methods, and work with ultrasonic scanning technologies. In this role you will

Support 3D ultrasonic scanning systems

Support the project setup team in engineering from an ultrasonic perspective

Work with customers in Israel and abroad

Work independently as part of a team while meeting project requirements in quality and schedule

Collaborate with various disciplines across the facility

Write inspection specifications based on customer requirements

Requirements

Student pursuing a BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering from a recognized academic institution, third year or above

Proficiency in CATIA or SolidWorks

Knowledge of non-destructive inspection methods - advantage

Knowledge of composite materials - advantage

Full proficiency in English

Minimum availability of two days per week

Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, systems thinking, self-learning ability, task leadership, and ability to work in a multi-interface environment
