Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 CRM projects from requirements gathering through implementation, Go-Live, and post-production support.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and produce functional specifications.

• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and releases.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

• Drive system integrations and ensure successful project delivery.

• Support users and continuously improve business processes and system capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience.

• Strong background in systems analysis and functional design.

• Experience managing budgets, project plans, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluent Hebrew and high-level English.
