.NET Team Lead JB-5212

• We are looking for a .NET Team Lead Developer to join our team in Kfar Saba.

• This is a full time, on site position focused on leading the development of scalable server side systems while remaining hands on in architecture and development.

• Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using .NET and C#

• Drive best practices for code quality, architecture, performance, and maintainability

• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross functional teams

• Oversee the delivery lifecycle from design through deployment and production support

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including design and ongoing maintenance

• Support infrastructure related activities connected to deployment and application reliability

• Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Team Lead role

• Strong hands on experience with .NET and C# development

• Experience building and maintaining full stack systems

• Strong experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases

• Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively in a fast paced environment

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, an advantage

• Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud environments and deployment infrastructure

• Experience working in agile development environments

• Background in designing scalable, high availability systems
