PPC Account Manager

We're looking for a passionate, data-driven PPC Account Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. You'll take ownership of high-budget PPC campaigns across international markets, where your ideas, analysis, and optimizations will directly influence business growth. Responsibilities

• Own and grow PPC accounts with monthly budgets exceeding $500K

• Build, launch, and optimize Search campaigns across multiple international markets, for both web and App

• Analyze performance daily and optimize bids, keywords, search terms, ad copy, Quality Score, and budgets

• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, experimentation, and continuous testing

• Scale campaigns while balancing profitability and business objectives

• Work closely with BI, Product, Creative, and Operations teams to drive impactful initiatives

• Present performance insights and recommendations through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews

• Stay ahead of industry trends, explore new features, and continuously bring fresh optimization ideas to the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in B2C Performance Marketing

• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads search campaigns

• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems through data

• Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership in a fast-paced environment

• Experience managing international PPC campaigns – Advantage

• Experience in the gaming/aports betting industry – Advantage

• Fluent English required
