We are seeking an Apparel Development Manager to join our team

.This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end development and production process of Agilite’s technical apparel collection, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards

. Responsibilitie

• s:Manage the full apparel development lifecycle, including sourcing, custom fabric development, production, and delive

• ryLead communication and coordination with global factories, vendors, and material suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and timelines are aligned with business goa

• lsOwn project timelines, Time & Action calendars, BOM costing, sample management, and overall production follow-up from development to final delive

• ryMonitor product quality and compliance standards in collaboration with internal and external QA tea

• msIdentify development and production risks, provide solutions, and adjust plans to maintain project progre

• ssPartner cross-functionally with design, pattern making, innovation, and production teams to support product execution and material sourci

• ngProvide ongoing reporting and updates regarding project status, pricing, risks, and delays to the Head of Appar

• ts:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related fi

• eldHigh-level English and Hebrew proficie

• ncy3+ years of project management experience within the apparel indus

• tryStrong knowledge of apparel production processes, including sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality cont
