Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, within Mastercard Insights & Intelligence. The Job Title will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, translate findings into clear insights, and support the development of data-driven recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, contributing to analytical frameworks, and collaborating on presentations that communicate strategic value and business outcomes. The role involves partnering with product, technology, and commercial teams to refine analytical approaches, improve data quality, and promote best practices in measurement and performance tracking. The successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience working with data, metrics, and performance indicators.

• Ability to interpret complex information and transform it into clear, concise insights, reports, and presentations.

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or a related field is highly beneficial.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field); advanced degree is an advantage.

• Familiarity with digital, payments, or financial services industries is a plus.
