Legal Counsel

A leading global renewable energy company is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join its professional and collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing legal support for renewable energy projects throughout the development, construction, operation, and maintenance phases.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts.

• Provide legal advice and support to various business units across the organization.

Requirements:

• LL.B degree and membership in the Israeli Bar Association – mandatory.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Commercial Attorney in a leading law firm or in-house legal department – mandatory.

• Proven experience working in English, including drafting and negotiating legal documents – mandatory.

• Experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors – an advantage.

• Strong commercial mindset, business orientation, and excellent legal advisory skills.
