Responsibilities

Lead the QA domain and manage a large QA team

Lead manual and automated testing across complex projects

Drive QA process improvements, automation, and new methodologies

Collaborate with development teams, Systems Analysts, DBA, Product Managers, and business users

Present testing status and progress to management

Requirements

4+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects

Significant experience managing a QA team of more than 10 employees

Experience leading large and complex software testing projects

Strong experience establishing and managing test automation in large organizations

Strong SQL skills

Experience with Azure DevOps for software testing management

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies

Experience working with development teams, Systems Analysts, DBA, and business users
