As a core team member, you will be right in the driver's seat with us—directly shaping our strategy and executing the vision that moves the entire startup forward. We are dealing with long hours, constant uncertainty, and tight resources. Success isn't guaranteed, and we do not know when we will raise funding. A salary will only happen if and when we close a round. Until then, this is 100% equity-only (up to 5%).

The Technical Reality

You will be responsible for driving our entire technical landscape forward end-to-end. We need a core teammate who feels a personal responsibility for our success and can independently architect systems, not just execute tasks.

Production Stack: Heavy experience with React (TypeScript) & Node.js.

Data & Backend: Relational database design, complex SQL queries, and modular microservices/APIs.
