Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an HR Systems Analyst / SAP HR Systems Analyst for a major defense organization in Jerusalem

Role Overview

Join a large-scale technology team responsible for end-to-end systems analysis, business requirements, and solution design for HR systems. Work closely with development, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver and enhance enterprise SAP HR solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio and system analysis tools (Flowcharts, ERD, Gantt, etc.)

• Experience analyzing SAP systems, with a focus on SAP HR – advantage

• Experience designing integrations and system interfaces – advantage

• Information Systems Project Management experience or certification – advantage

• Experience working in technology teams within defense or government organizations – advantage
