Job Description

• A leading Israeli eCommerce brand is looking for a QA Engineer to independently manage and lead the QA function within the Technology Department (maternity leave replacement with an option to extend).

• The role includes full ownership of the company's QA processes, end-to-end Web testing, working within a Shopify environment and CRM integrations, while collaborating closely with the development team to improve product quality and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage all QA processes across the company.

• Perform functional, UX, and end-to-end purchase and payment flow testing.

• Test Shopify-based systems and integrations with CRM platforms.

• Work closely with the development team to identify issues and improve the product.

• Create checklists, maintain documentation, and continuously improve QA processes.

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Web QA Engineer – Mandatory.

• Proven hands-on experience working with the Shopify platform – Mandatory.

• Experience working with and testing integrations with CRM systems (field validation, data transfer) – Significant advantage.

• Experience testing end-to-end eCommerce purchase and payment processes – Significant advantage.

• High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage work independently and maintain clear documentation.

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues and gaps.

• Ability to work fully independently as the Sole QA and quickly learn new systems and processes.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and assertiveness when working with development and product teams.

• Good understanding of UX and the ability to think from the user's perspective.
