Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for tech positions using LinkedIn and other advanced sourcing tools.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Screen and shortlist CVs and conduct initial phone interviews.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process up to onboarding.

• Maintain and update candidate databases using ATS systems.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech recruitment.

• Bachelor’s degree – required.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools – a plus.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
