We're looking for a talented and driven Frontend Team Lead to join our application team. As a hands-on leader, you'll guide and mentor a skilled group of engineers, collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams, and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that transform construction projects worldwide.

What You'll Do:

Lead, mentor, and grow a talented frontend engineering team

Stay hands-on with development, working with React and TypeScript to build sophisticated user interfaces for interacting with complex data

Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers, ensuring alignment and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.

Take active responsibility for hiring, training, and team-building activities

Represent the frontend team in cross-functional discussions and planning meetings

5+ years of frontend engineering experience, including substantial hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.

Experience leading teams, mentoring developers, or managing significant projects. We're also open to exceptional senior engineers with strong informal leadership experience ready to step into their first formal management role.
