Computer Vision Development Verification Team Lead 2093

TSG Group, a leading publicly traded defense technology company, is looking for a Computer Vision Development Verification Team Lead to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team while remaining hands-on in the development of verification tools and data analysis solutions for advanced electro-optical guidance systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team developing tools for development verification and data generation for electro-optical seeker systems.

• Maintain a hands-on role, working closely with team members on technical development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems Engineering, Physics, and Algorithm Development.

• Lead the analysis and interpretation of system performance by developing validation tools, utilizing them, and presenting results.

• Perform data investigation, analysis, and performance evaluation to support development and verification processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field – required.

• Proven experience managing a team of engineers – required.

• At least 3 years of experience developing data analysis and validation tools.

• Strong proficiency in MATLAB and Python – required.

• Knowledge and experience in Computer Vision and Image Processing – significant advantage.

• Experience with C programming – advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills.

• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet project objectives.
