Mechanical Design Engineer | Central Israel

A leading technology company in the Shfela region is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join its multidisciplinary R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical design of electronic enclosures for complex systems

• PCB mechanical design for electronic assemblies

• Creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOM) and configuration management

• Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including Electrical, Software, and Manufacturing Engineering

• Supporting the product throughout its entire lifecycle – from concept and development to production transfer (NPI)

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory

• At least 5 years of experience in PCB mechanical design – Mandatory

• Proven experience in electronic packaging (electronic enclosure design) – Mandatory

• Experience with configuration management and BOM creation

• Full proficiency in SOLIDWORKS – Mandatory

• Knowledge and experience in structural and thermal analysis – Significant advantage

• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies such as Sheet Metal, CNC Machining, and Plastic Injection Molding – Advantage
