Senior User Experience Designer

🚀 UX Designer III | Tel Aviv

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer III to join a leading global technology company on a temporary basis.

What you’ll do:

• Lead UX design for complex products and projects, from strategy to execution.

• Conduct and leverage UX research to understand user needs and behavior.

• Create high-quality user flows, interaction designs, prototypes, and visual designs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other designers.

• Drive UX improvements based on user insights, testing, data, and stakeholder feedback.

• Develop and influence product and UX strategy across teams.

• Contribute to design systems and scalable design solutions.

• Use data, metrics, and industry insights to inform design decisions.

• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

• Explore innovative solutions to complex user, product, and business challenges.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Design / UX.

• Formal degree in Design or a related field.

• Strong experience in product design, UX research, interaction design, and visual design.

• Expertise in creating pixel-perfect designs, user flows, and interactions.

• Strong understanding of user needs, product strategy, and the product development lifecycle.

• Experience with AI-related applications and motion design – an advantage.

• Highly proficient with Figma and other modern design tools.

• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and collaboration skills.

• Full professional fluency in English.

• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
