Are you a detail-oriented purchasing professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment? We're looking for an Operational & Global Purchasing Specialist to join a growing company where your work will have a direct impact on the business.

What You'll Do
• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle—from supplier quotation and PO creation through delivery and payment closure
• Source suppliers, request quotations, negotiate operational terms, and issue purchase orders
• Coordinate shipments and inventory releases with global suppliers
• Monitor supplier delivery schedules and ensure on-time supply
• Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, quality partners, and other external stakeholders
• Establish and onboard new suppliers
• Conduct periodic supplier performance reviews
• Track material shelf life and expiration dates
• Collaborate daily with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Management to ensure smooth operations
• Support the achievement of departmental and organizational KPIs
