Role Description

Bar Group is expanding its operations management team and is looking for experienced professionals to join our growing logistics organization.

We are currently hiring for multiple leadership positions, including:

Sort Supervisor / Team Leader

Returns Operations Manager

Night Operations Manager

Successful candidates will lead teams in a high-volume automated logistics environment, ensuring operational excellence, safety, productivity, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop operational teams.

Manage daily warehouse, sorting, returns, and night operations.

Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and service levels.

Coordinate workforce planning and shift execution.

Resolve operational issues in real time.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Collaborate with transportation, warehouse, customer service, and logistics departments.

Train, coach, and evaluate employees.

Prepare operational reports and support management decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or transportation.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with warehouse management systems or automated logistics environments is an advantage.

High level of ownership, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
