We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead DevOps & DevX Team Lead to be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

A leading enterprise organization is looking for an experienced Lead DevOps & DevX Team Lead with a strong hands-on approach to lead a high-performing team and drive the next generation of AI-powered Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

This role combines technical leadership, people management, architecture, and hands-on engineering to transform development processes through AI, automation, and modern platform engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps and Platform Engineers.

• Drive the organization's AI-powered SDLC strategy.

• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions and integrate tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other Generative AI technologies into development workflows.

• Lead Developer Experience (DevX) initiatives by building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), CLI tools, and engineering automation.

• Stay hands-on with architecture, coding, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical best practices.

• Design and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes-based platforms, and Infrastructure as Code solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading DevOps, DevX, or Software Engineering teams in an enterprise environment.

• Strong software development background (Java, Python, or Node.js preferred).

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, and frameworks such as LangChain, Langflow, or Agno.

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, and production environments.

• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.

• Microsoft Foundry and Microsoft 365 Agent technologies.

• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
