About the Role We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Mechanical Assembly & Product Documentation Technician to join our engineering team.
In this role, you will participate in building prototypes, supporting product development, performing system validation, and maintaining technical documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants exposure to the complete product development lifecycle—from prototype through production.
Responsibilities • Perform mechanical assembly of prototypes and development products
• Execute product validation and verification throughout development stages
• Conduct functional testing at both board and system levels
• Write, update, and maintain work instructions and product documentation
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and product transfer from R&D to production
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, and Production teams
• Document findings and prepare technical reports
• Assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement of assembly and manufacturing processes
QualificationsRequired • Practical Engineer (Technician) degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hands-on technical skills
• Basic understanding of electronic components Preferred • Up to two years of experience in a similar technical role
• Experience with mechanical assembly
• Military service in a technological unit (IDF) – significant advantage
