In this role, you will analyze complex business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, collaborate with development and business teams, and drive innovative BI, AI, and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements.

• Prepare technical specification documents for the development team.

• Support and drive AI and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives.

• Define and design dashboards and reports.

• Perform QA testing and validation of BI developments.

• Collaborate closely with Information Systems teams and business analytics stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a BI Systems Analyst within a Data Warehouse (DWH) environment in a large organization – Required.

• Proven experience writing business and technical specifications, including Source-to-Target (S2T) mappings and dashboard specifications – Required.

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and performance optimization – Required.

• Hands-on experience with Business Objects and/or Qlik Sense – Required.

• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.

• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage projects end-to-end.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – Required.

• Experience with Salesforce or the telecommunications industry – Advantage.

• Experience with AI and Machine Learning (ML) projects – Advantage
