Electronics Buyer Wanted for a Leading Company in Netanya!

Role Responsibilities:

• Procurement of electronic components for development and production, with a focus on quality aspects.

• Entering purchase orders, tracking orders, and updating the system.

• Full ownership of orders from placement through receipt in the warehouse and supplier payment.

• Ongoing work with domestic and international suppliers.

• Collaboration with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance departments.

• Initiating and improving processes.

Requirements:

• Education: Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management / a relevant degree in electronics.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Buyer in an industrial company, with knowledge of the domestic and global components market. Advantage for experience from subcontractors or electronics/electromechanics companies.

• Expertise and strong understanding of electronic components procurement.

• Ability to manage various types of negotiations across different scopes.

• Strong commercial skills and experience in closing high‑budget contracts.

• Familiarity with suppliers in the electronics/electromechanics field בארץ ובעולם (locally and globally).

• Experience in general procurement: handling products and services required for the company’s ongoing operations, such as consulting and support agreements, office furniture and equipment, IT and computer equipment, office building maintenance, electronic testing equipment, engineering software, courses and training, etc.

• Experience working with ERP systems and familiarity with business processes (Priority – an advantage).

• Ability to read and understand drawings and datasheets.

• Good level of English.

• Ability to analyze organizational needs, with strong planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple interfaces.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.

• Willingness to work hard and flexible hours.
