Senior Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join the finance team of an international media company and serve as the right hand to the VP of Finance.

This is a hands-on role combining full-cycle bookkeeping with financial planning and analysis. You'll play a key role in managing the company's Israeli and US entities, ensuring accurate financial operations while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business growth.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Operations

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for both the Israeli and US entities.

• Handle accounts payable, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.

• Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with financial regulations.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting.

• Prepare budget vs. actual analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Assist management with financial reporting and business planning.

International Finance

• Manage financial reporting and compliance for both the Israeli and US entities.

• Work closely with external accountants and service providers.

Cash Flow Management

• Monitor and forecast cash flow across the group.

• Support financial planning to ensure operational stability and business growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of bookkeeping and finance experience in a high-tech, startup, or international company.

• Proven experience working with US companies or international entities.

• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP or SAP Business One, and QuickBooks Online.

• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills with strong analytical capabilities.

• Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken).

• Certified Bookkeeper – mandatory.

• Payroll Controller certification – an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics – an advantage.
