Implementation Specialist

XTEND is seeking a Field Implementation Specialist to lead training, support, and hands-on implementation of the company's systems within operational units in Israel and abroad.

This position involves delivering professional training, conducting field demonstrations and testing, providing real-time technical support, and collecting user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

This is a full-time field role, requiring a commitment of at least one year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operational units in the implementation of XTEND systems

• Deliver field training and professional instruction sessions

• Conduct live field demonstrations, including FPV drone flights

• Provide real-time technical and operational support

• Gather user feedback and communicate it to product and development teams

• Document activities and generate operational reports

Requirements:

• Combat military service background with experience in FPV drone operation - must

• Graduate of an instructional or command course with proven training experience

• Minimum of 50 FPV flight hours – full proficiency in stick control

• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Willingness to work in intensive field conditions, including in classified environments

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to obtain security clearance
