Quality Assurance Lead

We're Hiring: Quality Assurance Lead-Optical Systems

At Rotlex, we develop advanced optical metrology systems used by leading manufacturers in the ophthalmic and precision optics industries worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team and play a key role in supporting a major international technology project.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for driving quality processes across production, R&D, suppliers, and customers. You will lead the project's quality management system, ensure compliance with international standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the project's Quality Management System (QMS)

• Support Production and R&D throughout product development and manufacturing

• Manage documentation, procedures, and audits

• Coordinate supplier and customer requirements

• Lead NCR, CAPA, deviation investigations, and root cause analysis

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

• Ensure compliance with ISO-based standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management within an industrial or technology company

• Experience working with ISO-based quality systems

• Strong documentation and process control skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Good written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in optics, metrology, medical devices, or precision systems

• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Internal Auditor certification an advantage
