Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Development team and take a leading role in delivering innovative digital solutions from concept to production.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, System Analysts, QA teams, and additional stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable digital platforms while driving technological excellence across complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of large-scale digital projects and complex technical initiatives.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and React.js.

• Work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

• Integrate digital platforms with internal and external systems.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize corporate websites, ensuring an excellent user experience.

• Participate in architectural decisions and evaluate new technologies and best practices.

• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and identify bottlenecks.

• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing with Next.js or Node.js/React.js.

• At least 1 year of experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites.

• Experience working in cross-functional environments alongside Product Managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.

• Proven experience delivering complex projects and leading development processes end-to-end.

• Experience with AI technologies – an advantage.
